4. Subscriptions and Payments

Quiz and checkout

You may complete a health questionnaire before purchase. Access to a full personalized meal plan requires a paid product (for example, the Full Blueprint or Monthly Refresh, when available).

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, recipes, meal plans, and software — is the property of TrueMealPlan or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the meal plans we provide for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. User Content

By submitting information through the Service (such as quiz responses, feedback, or support messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that information to improve our Service and provide you with personalized plans.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
